Private Prototype
finclearity is a private prototype. Signups are currently closed except where the operators explicitly invite testers. We may refuse, suspend, remove, or close access at any time, including waitlist access, without guaranteeing availability or future launch.
Education Only
finclearity provides general educational content about investing concepts. Content, exercises, simulator data, examples, scores, XP, streaks, gems, and feedback are for learning only and are not personalised to your financial situation.
No Investment Advice
finclearity does not provide investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, brokerage, portfolio management, custody, order execution, securities recommendations, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or avoid any investment. No content creates a client, adviser, fiduciary, or similar relationship.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Do not rely on finclearity content for real-money decisions. Consider your own circumstances and consult a qualified, regulated professional before making investment, tax, or legal decisions.
No Guarantees
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee correctness, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted access, future availability, performance, results, returns, or that you will avoid losses.
International and US Users
finclearity is operated from Switzerland and is not directed at users in jurisdictions where the content or service would require registration, authorisation, licensing, or other legal steps that we have not completed. US residents may not use this service. Do not use finclearity if doing so is illegal where you are located.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators exclude liability for losses, damages, lost profits, investment losses, data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on content. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your place of residence require otherwise. Courts in Lugano, Switzerland, are intended as the venue where legally permitted.
